Grounding requirements for transformer cores
Independently set an iron yoke clamp ground transformer ground wire. Because if the iron core encountered on the clip leads to a little more common grounding fault, the grounding current is only in the inner structure of the iron core clip fluidity, the iron core grounding transformer grounding wire no current through, will cause the worker mistakenly thought that the iron core did not produce common fault; After setting, no matter where the iron core meets the clip, it will form a control loop according to the two wires connected to the ground, so that the ground current can be properly tested outside.
The iron core ground lug is placed in the middle of the iron yoke section. In THAT CASE, no MATTER WHERE THE YOKE INSULATING ANCHOR BOLTS ARE LOCATED AND WHERE the common fault ground points ARE located, THE large induced voltage of the control loop is only a quarter of the operating voltage of the turns, and the large ground current at this time is only a few volts up or down, which is much smaller than when the core ground LUg is placed elsewhere.
If the iron core ground lug must be placed in other parts because of inconvenient installation on the spot, the anchor bolts of the insulating layer of the iron yoke and the top Angle of the ground lug should also be placed, so as to avoid large current.
